Jarron Fleming is an Associate Advisor at Shore Wealth Management. He holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations with LPL Financial. In his day-to-day work, he supports Eric and Dean by coordinating planning deliverables, preparing client reviews, conducting investment and planning research, and driving follow-through on client action items.
Jarron joined Shore Wealth Management in 2024. He earned a dual-major bachelor's degree in Financial Planning and Financial Management from Franklin University through the 3+1 Program offered by Danville Area Community College (DACC), which he began while still in high school.
Deeply connected to his hometown, Jarron serves on the Oakwood Community Education Foundation (OCEF) board as treasurer and is very involved in his church. A fourth-generation Oakwood resident, his parents are Joshua and Heather Fleming; his mother is an Oakwood High School alumna. Jarron is the first Oakwood High School graduate to have already completed an associate's degree at DACC at the time of graduation.
